Transport damages:
We guarantee full compensation for damages and impairments that occur during transport under the following conditions:
- The delivered goods must be immediately inspected for proper condition andcompleteness.
- Any complaints about the goods must be reported to us within 4 working days.
- All complaints must be confirmed by the transport company and forwarded to us so that we can initiate the insurance process.
- For damages to goods that are not externally visible, we require a written damage report with detailed photos of all goods – both damaged and undamaged.
