Data Storage

Please note that, in order to simplify the shopping process and facilitate subsequent contract processing, the online store operator stores the IP address of the account holder using cookies.

In addition, we also store the following data for the purpose of contract fulfillment: [Title, First Name, Last Name, Address, Country, Email Address, Phone Number (if applicable), IP Address, Personal Message (if applicable)]. The data you provide is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot enter into a contract with you. Data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of the transfer of order data to the shipping company we have commissioned for the delivery of the goods, as well as to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.

If the purchase process is canceled, the data we have stored will be deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data related to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiration of the tax-law retention period (7 years).

In addition, the following data—name, address, purchased goods, and date of purchase—will be stored until the expiration of the product liability period (10 years). Data processing is carried out in accordance with the legal provisions of Section 96(3) of the Telecommunications Act (TKG) as well as Article 6(1)(a) (consent) and/or (b) (necessary for the performance of a contract) of the GDPR.
