The REGIONAL WINES & ESTATE WINES are a great introduction to the quality hierarchy based on origin. These wines come from the estate’s own vineyards and meet the strict quality standards of the Zöhrer Winery.
Local wines occupy the middle tier of the origin-based quality pyramid. They bear the name of their municipality of origin and combine the typical character of a region with the winery’s distinctive style.
The RIEDENWEINE designation distinguishes the highest-quality Austrian vineyards. The Rieden are precisely demarcated by individual plots. This is where the finest wines mature, showcasing expressive terroir character and exceptional aging potential. Grüner Veltliner and Riesling with DAC Kremstal and Reserve designations are planted to suit each specific vineyard.
The red wines from the Zöhrer Winery impress with their depth, structure, and ripe fruit. From elegant Pinot Noir to a full-bodied cuvée—carefully aged in oak and patiently brought to maturity.
