Ried Kapuzinerberg Kremstal DAC Grüner Veltliner

Ried Kapuzinerberg Kremstal DAC Grüner Veltliner

The Ried Kapuzinerberg is a basin-shaped vineyard facing south/southwest. The terrace’s subsoil consists of calcareous conglomerate containing crystalline quartz rock from the Urdonau. On top of this lies a layer of loess that is more than 25 meters thick in places, allowing our old vines to develop a root system deeply anchored in the soil.
