VISION Kremstal—the pinnacle of vineyard site, terroir, and grape variety from the oldest vines—has been in the hands of the Zöhrer family, the feudal lords of the estate, for generations. Grapes selected from terraces, steep terraces, and very steep terraces—four of the finest vineyards with bedrock, loess, and slate soils, some of which have been in the family since 1576—are bottled exclusively in very good vintages.
