Tasting Notes from the Cellar Master

A lively sparkling wine with a fine scent of strawberries & raspberries; the gentle perlage flatters the palate – a beautifully vibrant and fruity Frisandté for every celebration.

Food Recommendation from the Cellar Master

A versatile companion to white meat, all kinds of fish and seafood, and any dish that is not too hearty. Also ideal as an aperitif and for social occasions.

Pale “candy pink” to salmon colour; on the nose a fine play of fruit with cherries, berries and other fruity notes; on the palate hints of Zweigelt, with elegant, juicy acidity and subtle fruit sweetness creating a charming combination – lively, light-footed and spirited, clean and coquettish, of remarkable quality and well received. A great outdoor wine with the potential to become a favourite at summer barbecues.
